根据所里的研究生培养时间节点安排，硕士研究生和博士（统考）研究生在入学的第五学期、硕博生和直博生在第九学期完成中期考核（必修环节：2学分）, 考核情况和完成情况见附件excel表。

博士研究生中期考核考核小组要求：中期考核的审定小组一般由该学术领域的3-5名正高职称以上人员组成，中期考核在各课题组内进行考核。

学生需要完成：

1.参加中期考核的，填写附件1《研究生学位论文中期考核登记表》和附件2《研究生学位论文中期报告》

2.登录http://sep.ucas.ac.cn，进入“培养指导”系统，完成中期考核填写。

3.完成考核之后，提交纸质版附件1-附件2至研究生部（A234）王慧老师，电子版附件3发至王慧hwang@ips.ac.cn 

导师需要完成：

1.按照要求，组织中期考核

2.中期考核登记表上填写导师意见

3.等学生完成网上填写，提交导师审核时，登录http://sep.ucas.ac.cn，进入“培养管理”系统，点击论文指导，在需要指导的学生的中期考核处，点击进入填写导师意见。

4.安排一名秘书或者中国学生协助留学生填写网上系统（系统界面为中文）

其他说明：

1.若是忘记登录名和登录密码的，请联系研究生部王慧老师（重置登录名和登录密码）

2.请于2021年1月20日之前完成中期考核。

3.硕博生和直博生在硕士阶段做过中期考核的，请补填写网上中期考核报告并提交纸质版材料。

Dear all,

According to the schedule of postgraduate training in the institute, postgraduate and doctoral students  shall complete the mid-term assessment in the fifth semester of admission (compulsory: 2 credits). The assessment and completion are shown in the attached Excel table

Requirements of the mid-term assessment team of doctoral candidates: the assessment team of the mid-term assessment is generally composed of 3-5 persons with senior professional titles or above in the academic field, and the mid-term assessment is conducted in each research group.

Students need to complete:

1. For those who participate in the mid-term assessment, please fill in appendix 1 《Interim Report of Graduate Dissertation Registration Form》and appendix 2 《Interim Report of Graduate Dissertation》

2. Log in http://sep.ucas.ac.cn, enter the "training guidance" system, and complete  the mid-term assessment

3. After completion of the assessment, submit attachment 1-2 to MS Hui WANG of the graduate department (A234). Please send the electronic version to MS Hui WANG at hwang@ips.ac.cn

The supervisor need to complete:

1. Organize the mid-term assessment as required

2. Fill in the mid-term assessment registration form with supervisor's opinions

3. When students complete the online form and submit it to the supervisor for review, log in http://sep.ucas.ac.cn, enter the "cultivation management" system, click on the paper guidance, and click on the mid-term assessment of students who need guidance to fill in the supervisor 's opinions.

4. Arrange a secretary or a Chinese student to help international students fill in the online system (the system interface is in Chinese).

1. If you forget the login name and password, please contact Mr. Hui WANG of the graduate department (reset the login name and password).

2. Please finish the mid-term assessment before January 20, 2021.

3. If you have done the interim assessment, please fill in the online interim assessment report and submit the paper version of the materials.
